This is an epic team building fitness challenge led by U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret Soldiers. It’s a truly unique and challenging event for endurance, CrossFit, and adventure athletes but also fun for participants of all ages and physical abilities! Registration Opens January 1st
The Green Beret With a Mission Challenge is designed to give participants a taste of the physical and mental challenges Army Special Forces soldiers face in accomplishing some of their real-world missions. It is a fun, challenging event led by Army Green Berets! Register a team of 6-12 members or register as an individual to be added to a team. This event is a cooperative effort between Swim With A Mission and the Special Forces Association and is the biggest annual fundraising event for Camp Resilience. |

New This Year!! A special VIP experience is available for a limited number of teams from our 4- & 5-Star sponsors or teams that commit to raising at least $5000 to support Camp Resilience and the Special Forces Association. The teams will spend the night before the Green Beret With a Mission Challenge at the venue with Green Berets, learn about Special Forces training and missions, and then experience some of the survival and nighttime combat operations training that Green Berets go through. Camp Resilience is partnering with Forge VFR to offer a retreat designed to enhance your quality of life and mental and physical health. Join us in Gilmanton, NH and engage in exciting outdoor sports/recreation activities, workshops, and fireside chats with your peers!
You Matter. Your Health Matters.
The retreat workshops will feature:
- Learn how to practice self-care
- How to avoid burnout
- Manage your stress
The retreat sports activities, which will be adapted to individual abilities, will include:
- Snowshoeing/hiking
- Downhill skiing
- Indoor rock climbing
- Archery
- Yoga
* Lodging, meals, and activities are provided at no cost to participants.
** You must provide your own transportation to and from the retreat.
Equine Assisted Learning Retreat – April 2025
Camp Resilience, in partnership with the UpReach Therapeutic Equestrian Center in Goffstown, NH; invite Veterans and First Responders to spend a meaningful weekend engaging in equine-assisted learning activities. This program will be facilitated by a team skilled in working with veterans, first responders and the issues they face.
Working with and building relationships with horses fosters resiliency, leading to growth and well-being for both the humans and the horses.
This is not a horseback-riding program; it is an experiential program designed to bring about change for the humans and the horses through practicing:
- Communication
- Mindfulness
- Authenticity, and
- Relational skills
Lodging, meals, and activities are provided to participants at no cost.
*However you MUST provide your own transportation to and from the retreat!
Veteran Family Bushcraft Retreat – May 2025
Camp Resilience is partnering with Badger Wilderness Guides to offer a Veteran Family Bushcraft Retreat at a local campground in the breathtaking Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Bushcraft is all about acquiring skills and knowledge that can help a person survive in the wilderness. The Bushcraft skills will include pairing parent(s) and their children together to build shelters and start fires in primitive conditions, tool making, knotcraft, tracking and more!
The Bushcraft activities will also help the retreat participants strengthen their resiliency and also improve family relationships while having fun!
Participants will be outdoors for some of the activities, but there will also be indoor workshops. Families will be staying in rustic cabins with bunk beds and are required to bring their own bedding.
