Volunteering at Camp Resilience is a great way to get involved and show First Responders and Veterans the grateful community support they deserve.
Join us for 4 days of togetherness and adventure in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire Camp Resilience, in partnership with the Homeland Heroes Foundation and Run for the Troops 5K, offers this retreat led by two highly experienced couples therapists, both Veterans. Challenge yourselves by taking part in both exciting and relaxing activities, such as Sailing, Hiking, Aerial Treetop Adventure, Yoga, Tai Chi, and/or Martial Arts Mindfulness and emotional self-regulation skills will be focused on throughout the retreat.

*Lodging, meals, and activities are provided to participants at no cost.
*However you MUST provide your own transportation to and from the retreat!
Camp Resilience, a proud partner of Forge VFR, offers an exclusive “Armor Up” retreat for First Responder Chiefs.
Retreats support First Responder Chiefs by engaging in mindful meditation, and breathing techniques to manage and reduce stress. Activities will be adapted to individual physical abilities.

Camp Resilience proudly offers this retreat to military and veteran families; two-parent and single parent families and their children. Enjoy three days together, having fun and finding new ways to improve in your family relationships. This retreat will present healthy communication skills and family building techniques using the Family Wellness curriculum.

Camp Resilience Retreats help service members, veterans, first responders and their loved ones recover and maintain their physical, psychological and emotional well-being. These free 3-4 day retreats combine peer-to-peer counseling, life skills workshops and outdoor experiential learning. Camp Resilience strives to provide attendees with the tools to develop self-improvement goals and sustained ties to their community.
